Travis has over 15 years experience in microcredit community banking, project design and management, and sustainable tourism. A former Peace Corp Costa Rica volunteer who spent his service years in Bahia Ballena, Costa Rica, Travis founded a social and environmental impact business, Bodhi Surf + Yoga, in the same community that affected his life so profoundly.
Travis has consulted for the Costa Rica-USA Foundation for Cooperation (CRUSA), Stanford Woods Institute for the Environment, and other non-profit organizations. He is also the Founder and Vice President of the Costa Rica SOMOS Foundation and the Central American Ambassador for the Transformational Travel Council.

As an Ecotourism, Sustainable Tourism and Entrepreneurship consultant, Pilar believes in providing unforgettable travel experiences while being a force for good for the planet.
Pilar heads the yoga, sustainability, and HR divisions of Bodhi Surf + Yoga. She has been a YogaWorks Certified Yoga Teacher for over 14 years. Her approach to teaching provides customized experiences for each student. She tailors her sessions to include not only postural yoga to strengthen muscles and improve joint mobility but also breathing techniques and philosophy to manage stress and promote relaxation.
Outside of Bodhi, Pilar is on the Board of Directors of the nonprofit Fundacion Los Valientes, represents Bodhi Surf + Yoga on the Costa Rican climate action campaign Race to Zero, leads the Bandera Azul Ecologica Program (PBAE) for Climate Change, and is working with stakeholders on Ruta Electrica, an initiative to establish Bahia Ballena as an electric car route in the southern part of the country.
Other initiatives Pilar has been involved with:
- Participated in the development of the Savegre Biosphere Reserve, Costa Rica
- Joined the Costa Rica Tourism Institute in developing the 2022-2027 Strategic National Tourism Development Plan.

Jazeen Hollings

Jazeen Hollings is a writer, filmmaker, editor, and motion graphics designer. After graduating from OCAD University, she worked as a video editor and short film director in Toronto which resulted in one of her films being shown at the Toronto Independent Film Festival.
Hannah Walsh
Cinematographer, The Bodhi Wave
As an emerging director, Hannah Walsh tells stories that spark inspiration and positive change. She is currently a documentary film student at the School of Motion Picture Arts, Capilano University, Vancouver, Canada.
